3. Adjust the DADF side edge registration (Figure 2).

4. Reassemble the input tray assembly, and return the machine to normal operation.
5. Power on the machine.
6. Use the DADF to make 10 copies of a document. Check the registration, refer to IQS 3
Registration. If necessary, re-adjust the registration.

away from the pinion gear.

To adjust registration, move the Docu-
ment Guide in the desired direction
prior to relocating it on the pinion gear.
