Loading Envelopes in the Envelope Tray
To load envelopes in the envelope tray:
1. Pull the envelope tray out towards you.
2. Load the envelopes in the envelope tray flap side down. Flaps should be closed and on the leading
edge.
3. Adjust the guides in the envelope tray so they just touch the edges of the stack.
4. Push the tray completely into the printer.
5. If you have changed envelope size, touch Change Settings on the touch screen, then choose the
envelope size on the printer’s touch screen, touch Save, then touch Confirm.
6. If you are loading more envelopes of the same size, touch Confirm on the touch screen.
Loading Paper in the High Capacity Feeder
To load paper in the High Capacity Feeder:
1. Pull the paper tray out towards you.
