Replacing the Transfer Belt Cleaner
The printer will display a message on the touch screen when the transfer belt cleaner needs to be
replaced.
Caution: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
1. Remove the new transfer belt cleaner from the packaging. Retain the packaging.
2. Open the printer front cover.
3. Turn the orange lever to the right to unlock the belt cleaner.
4. Turn the orange knob counterclockwise until it releases.
