2.7 H: Terminal Functions
YASKAWA ELECTRIC TOEP C710687 03B FSDrive-MV1000 Parameter Guide 191
Setting 3F: PID Feedback High
The set output terminal closes when a PID feedback high (FbH) is detected. The feedback is considered to be high if it
exceeds the level set in b5-36 for longer than the time set in b5-37. Refer to PID Feedback Loss Detection on page 121
for details.
Setting 40: Close Command for Commercial Power Supply Side Breaker
Use this setting if the Synchronous Transfer is used.
If it is necessary to close the commercial power supply side breaker when the Synchronous Transfer is in progress (when
the Synchronous Transfer command is on), the contact output terminals will be closed. If it is necessary to open the
commercial power supply side breaker, the contact output terminals will be opened.
During the transfer, do not use this signal to operate the commercial power supply side breaker.
Design sequence circuits to retain the command from this breaker as necessary.
Setting 41: Close Command for Drive Secondary Side Breaker
Use this setting if the Synchronous Transfer is used.
If it is necessary to close the drive secondary side breaker when the Synchronous Transfer is in progress (when the
Synchronous Transfer command is on), the contact output terminals will be closed. If it is necessary to open the drive
secondary side breaker, the contact output terminals will be opened.
During the transfer, do not use this signal to operate the drive secondary side breaker.
Design sequence circuits to retain the command from this breaker as necessary.
Setting 42: Completion Signal for Synchronous Transfer
If the Synchronous Transfer ends normally when the Synchronous Transfer is in progress (when the Synchronous
Transfer command is on), the contact output terminals are closed. If the Synchronous Transfer is completed or the
Synchronous Transfer is not used (when the Synchronous Transfer command is on), the output terminals will be opened.
Setting 4C: During Fast Stop
Output terminal closes when a Fast Stop is being executed. Refer to Setting 15, 17: Fast Stop (N.O., N.C.) on page 175.
Setting 4D: oH Pre-Alarm Time Limit
Output terminal closes when the drive is reducing the speed due to a drive overheat alarm (L8-03 = 4) and the overheat
alarm has not cleared after ten frequency reduction operation cycles. Refer to L8-03: Overheat Pre-Alarm Operation
Selection on page 218 for a more detailed description.
Setting 60: Drive Cooling Fan Alarm
Output closes when the drive cooling fan has failed.
Setting 62: Inrush Current Suppression Circuit Fault
The inrush current suppression circuit fault has been detected.
Note: This setting is available from the drive software versions S0109 and later.
Setting 100 to 160: Functions 0 to 60 with Inverse Output
These settings have the same function as settings 0 to 60 but with inverse output. Set as 1, where the “1” indicates
inverse output and the last two digits specify the setting number of the function.
Examples: For inverse output of “8 (During Baseblock)”, set 108.
For inverse output of “4C (During fast stop)”, set 14C.
