mode.
• Replace the XCP01, I/O contactor unit, I/
O module.

Overrun recovery switch was operated on
playback.
• Don't operate the overrun recovery
switch on playback.
• It is thought that the overrun recovery
switch is failed. Consult YASKAWA rep-
resentative.
1202 FAULT

CPU motion impossibility caused by 0 divi-
sion etc.
Data stands for the factor of alarm.
