Description:
Configures the access URL of the dial-now rule template file.
Example:
dialplan_dialnow.url = http://192.168.10.25/dialnow.xml
During the auto provisioning process, the Skype for Business phone connects to the
provisioning server “192.168.10.25”, and downloads the dial-now rule file “dialnow.xml”.

Hotline
Hotline is a point-to-point communication link in which a call is automatically directed to the
preset hotline number. The Skype for Business phone automatically dials out the hotline number
using the first available line after a specified time interval when off-hook. Skype for Business
phones only support one hotline number.
Procedure
Hotline can be configured using the configuration files or locally.
