Why is the voice quality poor on my Yealink Conference System?

Several factors could be causing the poor voice quality. Users may be too far from or too close to the microphone. The audio pickup device might be moving frequently. Intermittent voice issues often stem from voice packet loss or jitter. Nearby noise-generating devices, such as computers or fans, can also make it difficult to hear clearly. Additionally, faulty wires could be the culprit; try replacing the old cables with new ones to see if this improves connectivity.
