USB Communication
Introduction
Connect the TC25 to a host computer using the USB-C Cable, or the 1-Slot Ethernet Cradle with a standard USB
B cable to transfer files between the TC25 and the host computer. See Accessories for more information.
When connecting the TC25 to a host computer, follow the host computer’s instructions for connecting and
disconnecting USB devices, to avoid damaging or corrupting files.
Transferring Files using Media Transfer Protocol
1. Connect the USB-C Cable to the TC25 or place the TC25 into the 1-Slot Ethernet Cradle. See Accessories for
setup information.
2. Pull down the Notification panel and touch USB for Charging.

3. Touch Transfer files.
4. On the host computer, open a file explorer application.
5. Locate the TC25 as a portable device.
6. Open the SD card or the Internal storage folder.
7. Copy files to and from the TC25 or delete files as required.
NOTE Use Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) to copy files between the TC25 (internal memory or microSD card)
and the host computer.
