CAUTION:
The chamber heater must not be touched during operation under any circumstances. The lament chamber
must not be used to store other things than the laments!
1.5. Extruder chamber
The 3DGence INDUSTRY printer is tted with two material extruding systems (referred to as extruders). They are located
in the recess on the top left side of the device:
Extruders are identied by T0 and T1 marks as shown in the following gure. Their layout and material supplied to each
of them will have an impact on printing dual-material models. For more information on installing materials and operating
extruders refer to section 4 of the PREPARING FOR OPERATION chapter.
1.6. Dual-head module
The 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 printer is tted with two hotends installed in a revolver-based, modular system. The module
tted with two hotends can be quickly and easily removed from the device and replaced with a new one suitable for printing
with other materials. The module is also equipped with a print cooling system.
A detailed description of the module is available in the Dual-head module chapter, section 1.

CAUTION:
The dual-head module has movable, sharp and hot components. Do not touch the module during operation!
Prior to disassembly allow the device to cool down completely.
