The set of 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 printer includes an SD card. In factory the card was loaded with 2 machine
codes allowing to familiarize with device operation, at the same time assisting the calibration process.
• Calibration Cross.gcode (time)
Dual-material print used to calibrate XY offsets of the printing module.
• Size Compensation Cross.gcode (time)
Single-material print. After printing and taking careful measurement it makes entering the values of dimensional
compatibility possible through the XY CALIBRATION panel. This procedure is described in the chapter Maintenance,
subsection 2.2.
The operation of starting the print from the card is easy and quick. After installing materials it is recommended to
print both solids and save them for further assessment.
To start printing:
1. Turn the printer on, if it is off.
2. Insert the SD card into the card port slot located directly under the display.
3. From the main menu choose the PRINT option.
4. From the le manager choose a le to be printed. Use the arrows on the right side of the menu to navigate the
les. A le can be chosen by pressing directly its name.
5. Conrm your selection by pressing the PRINT key.
6. The device will start the procedure of heating automatically. When appropriate temperatures are achieved, the

7. Once the relevant printing process is completed, the printer will start an automatic process of cooling down its

of the printed model.
