Pannoramic SCAN II 2.2.0 User’s Guide 5.6.2 Service
On this panel you can define which filters occupy which turret positions.
◦ The actually set filter position is marked at the Current filter hardware position field
◦ Select filter hardware positions from the Filter hardware position: drop-down list
Note:
The maximum number of virtual filters is 50 if you insert penta filters
(and this type is selected from the Filter type list) in the available 10
filter positions in the turret.
◦ Move filter wheel to insert position
◦ Enable position
Note:
Whenever a selected physical filter is disabled, the filter itself must be
removed from the turret.
◦ Select Filter type, Filter channel, and Filter name
◦ Check Available for scanning
◦ Set Lumencor LED light source, set Excitation and Emission wavelength / bandwidth
values for the selected filter.
◦ Set Pseudo-color
◦ Select channels used for grayscale conversion
◦ Select Enable Lumencor hardware trigger
Click Save to save settings.
