The Profile Browser window containing a list of previously saved profiles is opened. Based on the
Illumination type, profiles are grouped into two clusters: Brightfield and Fluorescence. Additional
profiles can be created after clicking Create. You can also search for a specific profile by filtering
based on the following data:
• Objective type
• Multilayer mode
• Illumination
• Filters
• Modify date
• Last use date
Click Search to run search based on the set criteria.
Click to make parameters of the selected profile available for editing. After modification click Save
to overwrite existing profile or Save as to create another one.
