￭ Installation procedure
1. Install the drive module and the LCL filter module into the Rittal enclosure as shown in
Step-by-step drawings for an installation example of standard drive configuration in Rittal
VX25 800 mm wide enclosure (page 233).
2. Attach the grounding busbar that has been previously attached to the input cabling panel
to the drive module.
3. Remove the upper and lower left-hand side front covers of the drive module (M4×8 combi
screws, 2 N·m [1.48 lbf·ft]).
4. Connect the busbars of the drive module to the busbars of the cabling panels (M12
combi screw, 70 N·m [52 lbf·ft]).
5. Attach the enclosure roof on the spacers.
6. Attach the side panels.
7. Remove the filter mats from the air filters according to Rittal’s instructions. Install the
filters to the enclosure door.
8. Put back the removed front covers of the drive module.
9.
Connect the control cables (see section Connecting the control cables to the terminals
of the external control unit (page 112)).
