9.2 Removing the gas outlet casing
u Mark the casing position for assembly.
Variant without support

1. If present: Remove waste gate pipe.
2. Remove insulation ring.
3. Fit swivel lifting eyes (S) to the gas outlet casing (61001). Attach lifting gear to swivel lift-
ing eye and secure to a crane hook.
4. Loosen and remove nuts (51009).
5. Remove the gas outlet casing (61001), set it down properly in an appropriate place and
secure it.
6. Remove and dispose of the gasket(61002).
