Unscrew the M12 attachment screws secur-
ing the gearbox to the lower arm system.

If required, apply two fully threaded M12x60
screws to the holes in the gearbox, in order
to press it free.

Lift out the axis 2 gearbox using an overhead
crane or similar, with guidance from the fitted
guide pins.

Use this procedure to do the necessary preparations before removing the axis 2
gearbox.

Clean all contact surfaces from residuals of
paint and contamination.

Make sure that the o-ring is fitted to the
gearbox.

Lightly lubricate the o-ring with grease.3
Apply some grease on all contact surfaces.4
