Inspecting, dampers
Use this procedure to inspect the dampers.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply to the robot
• hydraulic pressure supply to the robot
• air pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.

Shown in figure Location of
dampers on page 120.
Check all dampers for damage, cracks or existing
impressions larger than 1 mm.

Check attachment screws for deformation.3
Art.no. is specified in Required
equipment on page 121.
If any damage is detected, the damper must be
replaced with a new one.
