3-38 Machine Maintenance Procedures
Mainboard Installation 0
1. Connect DC-IN (B) cable to mainboard connector (A). Refer to Figure 3-37.
2. Flip mainboard over and align mainboard connectors to left side of lower cover. Refer to
Figure 3-36.
3. Install mainboard by sliding left side (A) at a slight angle into slots on left side of lower
cover.
Connectors on left side of mainboard (i.e. USB 3.0, HDMI, etc.) are set in lower cover
slots. Do not force mainboard when trying to install it.
4. Lower right side (B) of mainboard until edge is flush with lower cover.
5. Install and secure WLAN cables (B) to mainboard with adhesive tape. Refer to
Figure 3-35.
6. Install and secure two (2) screws (A) to lower cover.
7. Install speaker modules.
8. Install WLAN module.
9. Install HDD module.
