Problem
The Frankfurt plane is tilted backward.
Effects
The roots of the maxillary anterior teeth are positioned
outside the focal trough so it is out-of-focus and blurred.
The hard palate is superimposed over the apices of the
maxillary teeth.
Both condyles may be off the edges of the image area.
The upper incisors can be blurred.
Flattening of the occlusal plane.
