T2 Starts single scan.
T3 Starts repeat scan.

Setting data buffer B Describing the source value command and the
range setting command following this command
stores these values in the buffer. The E/OPR/GET
command outputs the data.
Once the data is output, the buffer is cleared.
Thermal electromotive force output data is not
stored in the buffer. Only the Vn, In and Ddddd
commands are stored in the buffer.
