IN.LOC: Sets Standby when the signal level changes from LO
to HI. While the input signal is HI, Operate and
Suspend are disabled.

OP.OUT: Outputs LO when the 6146/6156 is in Operate status,
and HI in Standby or Suspended status.

OP.SUS: Sets Suspend when the signal level changes from LO
to HI. Sets Operate when the signal level changes
from HI to LO.

READY Selects the external control signal output function for READY
OUT/SYNC OUT.
READY: Outputs a negative pulse when the settling of source
output ends.
SYNC: Outputs a negative pulse when the step starts for
memory scan or sweep source or when the source
value increases by one step in continuous operation
in the DC source mode.
REDY.T Sets the output timing of the READY signal.
10 ms: Sets to 10 ms.
50 ms: Sets to 50 ms. However, it is set to 10 ms when the
step time is less than 0.1 sec.
PARAM Loads or saves the setting parameters.
PON.LD Selects the parameter condition at power ON.
P.OFF: Start up using the parameters set when the unit was
last turned off.
USER0: Start up using the parameters saved in the non-
volatile memory, USER0.
SAVE Saves the setting parameters in the non-volatile memory.
USER0: Saves the current setting parameters in non-volatile
memory,USER0.
