5.9.3 Program Example 2-Memory Setting, Scan Operation and Voltage/Source Mea-
surement
Set voltage source of 0 V → +5 V → 0 V by steps of 100 mV in the memory of the 6146/6156. Then,
generate DC voltage using the memory recall mode and measure voltage and current by DMM.
Perform the above recall operation and measurement operation twice.
The number of repetition, the number of measurement, the memory number, the source values and the
measured values are stored in the Excel sheet.
