Osmometer 3250/Cryoscope 4250 Service Manual
The RMA procedure is as follows:
1. Contact Advanced Instruments to obtain an RMA.
2. Pack and ship the instrument in its original carton. Do not send instrument supply items.
3. Prepay shipment to the factory. Advanced Instruments cannot accept collect shipments.
Insure the shipment or accept the damage risk.
