Wavelength Calibration
Use the F1 key (Calibrate) and then F8 key (Execute) to start the detector
wavelength calibration (with water in the flow cell or cell removed). If a
deviation is found, press Adjust.
Sample, Holmium and Dark Current Spectrum
Use the F2 key (Spectrum) to take a spectrum (sample, dark current or
holmium). Use the Left/Right arrow to move the curser within the spectrum to
find the wavelength of interest.
