Capillaries (1) to (4) are part of the optical unit assembly. They are made of SST with an ID
of 1.0 mm, except for (2), which has an ID of 0.2 mm. All other tubings (to and from the
purge and the reference valve) are made of Teflon (available as Tubing kit (p/n
G1362-68709).
