Pump noisy or vibrating
Fault
code: Cause Solution
901
Inlet water pressure is on the low limit where pump is making a
vacuum, causing cavitation.
• Check the supply water pressure when system is running full load.
- Blocked filters
- Defect softener
- Production volume on RO is not enough
902
Blocked nozzles, causing the total ow to go below pump
minimum, causing the pump to oscillate.
• Raise the flow above minimum, by replacing defect nozzles, or add
bigger nozzle / more nozzles.
903
Solenoid valve defect. • See 409.
904
By-pass wrong adjusted. • Run a by-pass adjustment.
905
Pump valve defect. Causing pressure variations, and vibrations in
the high-pressure hose.
• Replace valve kit.
906
Motor or pump bearings is defect causing vibration. If the bearings
is defect in motor or pump, the chances for aecting the opposite
part in the drivetrain is big.
• Replace complete motor/pump set.

Fault
code: Cause Solution
1001
Supply power disconnected. Measure power supply in supply terminals. If no power, contact
costumer to get the power reestablished.
1002
Fuse is turned o. Switch the fuse back on. If it switches back o again, you need to locate
the defect before turning in on again.
1003
Wrong or defect wiring. Check power supply connection on the backside of display, and Modbus
cable connections on both display and PLC.
1004
Display is defect. Try and restart the unit. Measure the power supply. If the supply is ok,
replace the display.
Leakage
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1101
• Fittings connection not done correct.
• Fittings or component defected do to system malfunction.
• Stop the system.
- Reassemble the leakage with new fittings / parts. Never reuse
defect sliplock fittings or any other fittings and components there
may have permanent damage.
- Check and test all ambient conditions are within the framework
specified in the datasheet as a part of the restart before leaving
the system in operation again.
- Temperature.
- Working pressure.
- Physical damaged to fittings and hoses.
- By-pass adjustment.
- Full function test of each zone, one zone at the time.
