11. Troubleshooting
Alarm: High humidity
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1301
Actual humidity is above alarm limit. • Check that the alarm limit is set correct, default 80%RH. The alarm
limit should always be set higher than the humidity setpoint as a
safety to ensure zone is not over humidifying.
1302
Setpoint set to high. • Check and adjust setpoint.
1303
Signal from sensor is higher than the limit. • Check the humidity next to the sensor by using a calibrated digital
hygrometer. To ensure that the humidity is the same as the system
sensor value. Offset sensor, or replace sensor if offset/misreading is
outside recommended range.
• Sensor or wiring is shorted. If room humidity is way lower than
feedback signal, and feedback is close to 100 %RH / 10 V DC, check
sensor and cable wiring.
1304
Sensor wiring is wrong. • Check sensor wiring in both sensor, junction boxes and HydroSens
terminals. Check that the sensor is located in the same zone as it
should controlling.
1305.1
Solenoid valve to the zone with high humidity not closing when
it should. This leads to over humidication, and the system stops
all zones.
• Check the display what zones are in high humidity alarm.
• Set the setpoint for the zone with high humidity to 0 %RH.
• Wait until the humidity is below the alarm limit.
• Reset the alarm on the system and ativate 1 zone. Not the effect
zone.
• Inspect the zone with high humidity. If it is spraying, remove the
plug from the zone solenoid valve. Check if the zone stops.
- If the zone stops. PLC is broken, replace PLC.
- If the zone is still spraying after removing plug. Replace zone
solenoid valve.

1305.2
Solenoid valve installed to start with the wrong zone. This leads to
over humidication, and the system stops all zones.
• Check that all valves and sensors are connected to the intended zone
and to the intended zone only.
• Do a commissioning startup again.
Alarm: Temperature pump
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1201
Pump temperature above 65 °C temperature switch has stopped
the pump to protect pump and hoses. The switch will automatic
reset itself when temperature is below 45° C again. Temperature
alarm still needs manual reset on the display.
• Check all zones. One by one, to ensure that all components works,
and there is water flow to all zones.
• Check pump Amp load in display. Load must not be higher than
motor max load. (check motor data plate)
1,1 kW 3x230 V = 5,4 A
1,5 kW 3x230 V = 7,3 A
2,2 kW 3x400 V = 5,9 A
1202
Cooling fan motor not running, causing motor and pump to
overheat at low ow.
• Check power supply to fan. See electric diagram.
• Replace fan if power is ok, but still not running
1203
Thermal switch is not connecting when it is cooled down. • Thermal switch defect, replace.
1204
There is no waterow through the pump causing the pump to
overheat.
• Follow guide for fault code 400 and 500. One zone at the time.
1205
By-pass setting is set too low, causing water to by-pass during
operation and heating up the water.
• Run by-pass adjustment. If problem continues replace the by-pass.
