Pump not starting

Pressure in vessel is still above start pressure. • System is ok.

Pump fuse F1 is switch o. • Turn the fuse back on.
- If fuse switch back off immediately, check pump contactor and
pump motor.
- Measure Amp output to the motor.

Contactor K1 is defect. • See code 401.1.

Pump not stopping

Pressure in vessel is below stop pressure, and a normal production
is on.
• System is ok.

Pressure transmitter is defect or has a loose wire. • Check display for feedback signal from transmitter.
• If the signal is 0 bar. Check wiring.
• Close output valve. If pressure is not climbing and you have flow, the
pressure transmitter is defect.

Pump kontactor K1 is defect. • See code 401.2.

Wiring done wrong after replacing control parts. • Go through wiring diagram and check that the wiring is following
the diagram.

PLC output is welded. • Turn off fuse F2. When display in PLC is out, and the pump is still
running, then the output on PLC is welded.
- Replace PLC, contact Airtec with system serial no and customer
name to ensure we supply you with the right PLC/software.
Noisy motor/pump

Inlet solenoid valve not opening. • See code 102.

Motor defect. • Check the rubber part in the coupling, replace if damaged.
