11. Troubleshooting
Pump not producing membrane pressure
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1001
Inlet water pressure to low. • See code 101.
1002
Inlet solenoid valve not opening. • See code 102.
1003
Pump worn out. • See code 302.
1004
Coopling defect. • Check the coupling through the inspection hole in flange, to see if
everything is spinning.
- If motor is on, but coupling is standing still, replace coupling
Flow value 0 or vary / jumping
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1101
System is in production, but you have no values in display from
sensor.
• Check cable wiring from control to sensor connection plug.
1102
Sensor contact or turbine wheel is defect or blocked. • Replace the flow sensor.
Safety valve 8 bar is open
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1201
The pressure transmitter feedback signal is missing. • Check pressure values in display. If pressure is 0 the transmitter is
defect. Replace the pressure transmitter.
• If you have a pressure value between 1,5-6 bar the safety valve is
defect. Replace the valve.
1202
Pump main contactor is welded. • Disconnect power.
• Measure with a multimeter that there are no connections through
any of the main contactor K1. terminal 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6.
• If there is connection replace the contactor.
1203
Plc output contact is welded. • Disconnect power.
• Check that output Q1.1 to Q1.2 is off.
• If there is connection replace the PLC.
