11. Troubleshooting
Outlet pressure drops to 0 bar before system starts production
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1501
Pressure vessel, hydrophore, membrane is defect. • Check the indicator on the vessel.
- Green = OK.
- Red = Replace Hydrophore.
1502
Pressure vessel pre-pressure is wrong. • Stop the system and empty the vessel.
- Adjust the air pre-pressure to start pressure x 0,8.
- Check that it can maintain the pressure.
- Replace vessel if it cannot maintain air pressure.
Vessel pressure is dropping when there is no water demand
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1401
There is a leakage after the RO output. • Close the outlet valve. See if the pressure drop stop.
- If the pressure stabilizes the problem is after RO.
1402
There is a leakage internal on the system. • Visual inspect for leakage at all fittings connection.
• Check drain hose, after production the flow to drain should slowly stop.
• If there is continues flow to drain the non return valve is defect.
• Replace valve.
1403
Non return valve is defect and emptying the vessel back through
the membrane to drain.
• See 1402.

Fault
code: Cause Solution
1301
Control fuse or main power supply is disconnected. Check supply power, and Fuse F2.
1302
Control transformer is defect, or 24v output is shorted. • Check if green led in transformer is on and if input voltage is OK.
- If inlet power is ok, remove output wires and measure output
voltage. If voltage is ok, without anything connected transformer
is OK.
- If no output voltage, replace transformer.
- If output voltage drops to 0 V DC, when you connect output wires,
there is a defect component creating a short circuit
- Disconnect one 24 V component at the time until the power is up
again. Replace the defect component.
1303
Display in plc is o, but supply power is ok. • Replace PLC. (E1)
