Wiring Faults on

Safety Modules

A number of conditions can cause wiring faults on safety modules. We strongly

recommend that you monitor your application to detect wiring faults as soon

as they appear so you can troubleshoot and remedy the cause of the fault.

Examples of wiring fault causes include the following:

• Field Power Loss condition

• No Load condition

• Wiring short to power

• Wiring short across outputs
