message dialog box opens.
4. Click OK.
5. Close the DriveExplorer software.
Verify the Parameter Changes
Follow these steps to verify your parameter change was successful.
1. Open your DriveExplorer software.
2. Cycle the drive control power.
3. Reconnect the drive to your DriveExplorer software and read the Add
Bus Cap value just like you did in Set the Additional Bus Capacitance
Parameter on page 232
.
4. Verify the new parameter value.
In this example, the new value is 1780 µF.
5. Close the DriveExplorer software.
TIP Verifying the parameter change is optional.
