NOTE: For DTMF or MF digits, the length of time a digit key is held determines the
ON time; the interval between releasing one digit key and pressing the next
digit key determines the OFF time between consecutive digits. For pulse-
dial digits, pressing the digit key will cause the AM8a to outpulse digits at
SPEEDpps and BREAK% set by the PULSE EMULATE menu described in
sub-section 3.4. Interdigit time may be longer than set by INTRDIGITms if
the operator pauses between pressing keys .
2. A previously-stored number will be dialed when its location is RECALLed.
