VENT CLEANING
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Important
This cleaning operation must only be carried out
by authorized and quali ed personel.
) Run the st
eam oven at 100°C for half an hour.
) Switch o the oven and disconnect the power sup-
ply switch.
) Spray cleaning solution from the end of the vent
hose (A) and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
) Rinse the hose by spraying water into it from the
end that opens onto the oven ceiling (do this with
the side of the oven closed).
) Remove the lter from the bottom of the cooking
chamber.
) Clean inside the washing tank with the shower
spout.
) Reposition the lter on the bottom of the cooking
chamber.

Warning
In particular, turn o the water supply tap, cut o the electricity supply using the master
switch and prevent access to all devices that might cause unexpected health and safety
hazards if turned on.
Every year, have skilled, authorised personnel carry out the following operations:

A check on the e ciency of the ues and air intakes, cleaning them if necessary.
– General check of the appliance.
– Identify and change worn parts.
Important
Record the yearly inspections.
