CLEANING
Clean all parts which may come into direct or in-
direct contact with foods, and all the surrounding
areas, with care in order to maintain hygiene and
protect foods from all forms of contamination.
When cleaning, use only food-approved deter-
gents. Never use corrosive or  ammable cleaning
products, or products which contain any substanc-
es harmful for human health.
Caution - Warning
Do not use cleaning products that contain abra-
sives or chlorine-based substances, such as sodium
hypochlorite (bleach), hydrochloric acid (muriat-

stainless steel quickly and irreversibly.
Important
Fire risk! If the appliance is not cleaned or not clea-

have accumulated inside the oven may start to
burn.
Important
Clean the air  lter under the equipment at least
once a month.

the washing program is stopped before its comple-
tion, launch and complete a LH2O WASHING pro-
gram before opening the door.
Important
When cleaning and sanitising the appliance with
detergents, wear personal protection equipment
(gloves, masks, goggles, etc.) as required by the re-
levant health and safety legislation.
Caution - Warning
At the end of an automatic washing program, check
that there are no traces of detergent in the cooking
