Important
Before starting any cleaning operation, always turn o the gas supply tap, cut o the
electricity supply using the master switch and allow the appliance to cool.
The precautions which follow are also important.

When using detergents, rubber gloves, protective mask and safety goggles must be worn
in accordance with the relevant safety regulations.

ys take the greatest care when handling detergents.
) Spray only small amounts of detergent.
) Never spray detergent onto excessively hot surfaces.
) Never spray detergent at people or animals.
) Follow the instructions provided on the detergent pack and in the technical information.
) Clean all parts of the appliance with warm water, food-approved detergents and non-abrasive
materials only.

Never use products containing substances harmful or hazardous for health (solvents,
petroleum spirits, etc.).

Do not use cleaning products that contain abrasives or chlorine-based substances, such as
sodium hypochlorite (bleach), hydrochloric acid (muriatic acid), or other solutions: these
products corrode stainless steel quickly and irreversibly.

For the cleaning of the oors placed under the equipment or in the vicinity, do not use in
the most absolute way the products listed above, to avoid that the vapors or possible drops
can produce similar destructive e ects on the steel.

inse surfaces with drinking water and dry.
) Do not use pressurised water jets.
) Take special care not to damage stainless steel surfaces. In particular, avoid the use of corro-
sive products and do not use abrasive materials or sharp tools.
) Remove food residues immediately before they set.
) Remove the limescale deposits which may form on some of the appliance’s surfaces.

For cleaning and drying Non-abrasive cloth which does not leave any lint
Recommended detergents Detergents containing max. 5% caustic soda, 5% potash
Products for eliminating unpleasant smells Polishes containing citric acid, acetic acid (pH min.5)
