5. Review the standard curve:
a. Select the Standard Curve tab.
b. Click the upper-right corner of the Plate Layout to select all wells.
c. Confirm that the R2 value is greater than or equal to 0.990.
If the R2 value is less than 0.990, repeat the RNase P experiment using a different
RNase P plate. If the problem persists, contact Applied Biosystems as explained in
“How to Obtain Support” on page x.
6. Click Save Status, then click Ye s when prompted.
7. Touch the StepOne
™
instrument touchscreen to awaken it, then touch Pass in the
RNase P wizard.
