If voltage is within range and the fuel injector is not
operating correctly with the key in the ON position, replace
throttle body assembly.
c. If no voltage is present at the injector, check
battery voltage by probing the red and white wires
on the
12-pin ECU connector with the red probe and
contact the black probe against the engine block.
With the ignition key in the ON position, each
terminal should measure 7.2 V DC – 8.4 V DC.
