• If you have not created a customer account, press the “Create New Customer
Account” link and enter your information.
• Login using your account information.
• Click on the “Register Products” link at the bottom of the page, under Customer
Resources
• Fill out the information on your aircraft and system
• It is important for the customer to fill out the “Service Activation Date” field of the
online form as accurately as possible. This is the date Jeppesen will use to begin
the service.
• If your installation includes more than one display, press the “Add another
Component” to list each one.
• Click the CheckBox at the end of the form to automatically register for Jeppesen
database updates.
• Press “Submit Your Registration”
• Customers will receive a confirmation email from Jeppesen indicating service
activation as well as an automatic renewal option for continuing the data service
