Editing Airspeed and Altitude Tape Display
Hide/Display Altitude Tape
In some configurations, such as a stand-alone PFD, the airspeed tape can be turned
off at the pilot’s discretion to facilitate screen declutter. When turned off, the numerical
display of Selected Altitude remains. This setting will be retained when the PFD system
is turned off then powered on again.
1. Press MENU Button.
2. Rotate Right Knob until first Menu Key displays TPS (Figure 4-33).
3. Press TPS Menu Key. TPS label and EDIT VALUE label (above Right Knob)
appear in magenta.
4. Rotate Right Knob to the desired value: ENABLE or DISABLE (Figure 4-34).
5. Press MENU Button to exit.
