11.12 Check Diesel Engine Components
1.
Check attachment on the power frame (A). M16: Tightening torque 185 Nm.
2.
Check attachment on engine (B). M10: Tightening torque 41 Nm, M12: Tightening
torque 73 Nm, M16: Tightening torque 185 Nm.
3.
Check attachment on the hydraulic pump (C). M12: Tightening torque 73 Nm.
4.
Check attachment on the hydraulic pump (D). M12: Tightening torque 73 Nm.
5.
Check wear and tension on the alternator belt (E). Maximum play 10 mm.

11.13.1 Replacing Multi-belt
1.
Remove the belt cover (A).
2.
Undo and pull out the four bolts (B) in the shaft coupling until there is clearance.
