Check clearance, attachment, and tightening torque 185 Nm (136 lbf ft) on the slide
rails (A). Maximum clearance 2–4 mm (0.08-0.16 inches).

Check attachment and damage on the feed cylinder (B).
n
Check attachment on the hydraulic cylinders (C).
n
Check for wear and cracks on the bushing halves (D).
n
Check attachment and function of the sensors (E).
n
Check adjustment, wear, and cracks on the drill rod support halves (F).
n
Check clearance on the ball bearings in cylinder lugs (G). Maximum 0.5 mm.
n
Check wear on the slide pieces (H). Minimum thickness 4 mm.
