DEPARTURE SUMMARY
Your flight plan will automatically activate on departure roll, your
transponder will automatically transition out of Ground (mode-S)
Standby (mode-C) and into Alt mode and as soon you engage the
autopilot, all mode transitions will automatically follow the FMS
flight plan. The use of “Freq List” will allow you to quickly find the
appropriate or assigned frequency and push it into the active com
radio. There is no manual nav tuning required. When airborne
with the flight plan loaded in the FMS, navigating the chosen
course should be as simple as “fly the magenta line”.
