1.7.6 Ground Cable
The Ground Cable is key to proper
operation of the Torch. It should be
securely connected to its place on the
Trolley. The nut connecting the Ground
Cable should be tight, and is pre-
torqued during assembly by Bend-Tech
setup technicians. It is not necessary
for the Technician or Operator to alter
the pre-assembled Ground Cable
connection. If the Ground Cable is
improperly tightened or its connection
is altered the Torch may not re and/or
injury or damage to the machine and
its operator or bystanders may result.
! Warning !
The Ground Cable provides a direct ground from the plasma cutting machine
to the material being cut. Altering the Ground Cable connection could injure the
Operator or observers. Altering the Ground Cable connection can aect the overall
performance of the machine.
