Mounting to the Floor

10.4 Install Concrete Sleeve Anchors
Ensure the Floor Brackets have been re-installed on the Rail Support Legs. Do not tighten.
With the Floor Brackets loose, insert a concrete anchor sleeve into the drilled holes.
sleeve anchor is snug to the Floor Bracket.

Installing concrete sleeve anchors requires the use of a hammer drill.
