COMMON INDUSTRY INTERFACE
Inspection And Maintenance
The Common Industry Interface locking pins must
extend through the holes in attachment frame.
Levers must be fully down and locked. Failure to
secure the locking pins can allow attachment to
come off and cause serious injury or death.

Move the Common Industry Interface (CII) levers (Item 1)
to engage and disengage the locking pins (Item 2)
[Figure 129]. The levers and pins must move freely.

The pins (Item 1) must extend through the holes in the
attachment mounting frame (Item 2) [Figure 130].
If the pin does not fully engage the attachment mounting
frame hole [Figure 130], the attachment will be loose
and can come off the interface.

Inspect the mounting frame on the attachment and the
Common Industry Interface, linkages, springs, and pins
for excessive wear or damage [Figure 131]. Replace any
parts that are damaged, bent, or missing. Keep all
fasteners tight.
Look for cracked welds. Contact your Bobcat dealer for
repair or replacement parts.
Lubricate the pins. (See SERVICE SCHEDULE on Page
