Displays fuel consumed by right engine as sensed by fuel flow meters.
Push – selects method to calculate fuel quantity, either TOTALIZER or
CALCULATED.
When one is selected:
• it is used for remainder of flight
• the other fuel calculation method blanks
• scratchpad clears
The fuel remaining line displays two independent fuel quanitities, TOTALIZER
and CALCULATED. TOTALIZER is the totalizer system fuel quantity. It is blank
if the fuel quantity is manually entered on the PERF INIT page; the manually
entered quantity displays under CALCULATED and the fuel quantity indicating
system is not used until flight completion.
When no manual fuel quantity entry is made on the PERF INIT page,
CALCULATED displays the FMC calculated fuel quantity remaining. Before
engine start, the CALCULATED value is set equal to the TOTALIZER. The
displayed totalizer quantity can be between 99% and 101% of the actual fuel.
After engine start, the CALCULATED fuel quantity is decreased by the fuel flow
sensing system (FUEL USED).
After fuel jettison or after all engines are shut down, CALCULATED resets to the
totalizer sysem fuel quantity.
Displays current wind direction and speed referenced to true north.
Displays left (L) or right (R) crosswind component relative to airplane heading.
Displays error above (+) or below (-) the vertical path.
Displays outside static air temperature.
Displays sum of the LEFT, RIGHT and APU fuel used values.
Displays fuel consumed by the APU as sensed by fuel flow meters.
Blank until valid APU fuel flow exist.
