Displays hydraulic, APU, oxygen system and cooling liquid indications and status
messages.
Status messages indicate equipment faults requiring MEL reference for dispatch.
Displayed –
• additional pages of status messages exist
• displays number of page selected
Select – displays the next page of status messages.
System Displays by Phase of Flight
The airplane phase of flight will control which system display is shown when the
system (SYS) display switch is pushed:
• On the ground before engine start - status (STAT) display
• On the ground after engine start - flight controls (FCTL) synoptic
• In flight - fuel (FUEL) synoptic
• On the ground after landing - status (STAT) display
System Menu Amber Text
System menu text changes color to amber whenever an EICAS caution message
associated with a synoptic is triggered. The following menu items display this
behavior:
