Push the TERR OVRD (line select) “key” to
OVRD on the GPWS page of the TCP to
inhibit the alert.

Descent below safe altitude while too far
from any airport in the terrain database.
Push the TERR OVRD (line select) “key” to
OVRD on the GPWS page of the TCP to
inhibit the alert.

Volume and repetition rate increase as
deviation increases.
Pushing the G/S INHIBIT switch on the ATP
inhibits the alert when pushed below 1,500
feet radio altitude.
