EICAS Messages
Displayed (white) –
• indicates that a checklist exists for this message
• no longer displayed when checklist complete
• no longer displayed when inhibited by checklist of another message
Displayed (red) –
• highest priority alert messages
• red alert messages remain displayed and cannot be canceled by pushing the
CANC/RCL switch
Displayed (amber) –
• next highest priority alert messages after warning messages
• amber alert messages can be canceled or recalled by pushing the
CANC/RCL switch
