LIMITED L, R
Advisory Affected engine reverser operation is
limited.
ENG REVERSER
L, R
Advisory A fault occurs in the thrust reverser system.
ENG RPM
LIMITED L, R
Advisory Engine control is limiting affected engine
thrust to prevent N2 from exceeding the
RPM operating limit.
ENG RPM
LIMITED L, R
Advisory Engine control is limiting affected engine
thrust to prevent N1, N2, or N3 from
exceeding the RPM operating limit.
ENG
SHUTDOWN
Caution Both engines were shut down by the fuel
control switches or the engine fire switches.
ENG
SHUTDOWN L, R
Caution The affected engine was shut down by the
fuel control switch or the engine fire
switch.
ENG SURGE L, R Caution Beeper An affected engine surge or stall that
requires crew action is detected.
ENG TBV OPEN
L, R
Advisory The engine transient bleed valve is failed in
the open position.
ENG THRUST L,
R
Caution Beeper One of these occurs on the affected engine:
• The thrust is more than the
commanded thrust
• The thrust is less than the
commanded thrust

Warning Siren The engine thrust limit is decreased and the
commanded thrust exceeds the limit.

Advisory Thrust asymmetry protection is inoperative.
